Before becoming a Pastry Chef, I was a jurist who baked cakes. I know I owe a lots of friends. to my brownies They made me quite popular at school and definitely more wealthy than any other student job would have.

Then came the cake cooking...there's nothing like a cake bite that brings to the mouth this sensation of "completeness" ....And as it is well proven that when cakes look pretty and joyful, they do taste better, I became a cake decorator.
